How did the water get in there in the first place? All the equipment looks like it's never seen a drop. That and the fact there's MC....

This RTU is not running yet. So the water leaked in thru the factory installed conduit and j-box on the outside. The MC does not feed the light. The light feeds directly thru the wall of the RTU.

Like several people have already commented, I have seen similar problems from condensation.
