I tell customers all the time... "I can put them under the counter if you want them there, but most people get them put under the upper cabinets".

I'm curious as to why so many people call these under counter lights and not under cabinet lights? Don't they go above the counter and under the cabinet?

He says like they don't exist. :D
Back many years ago as a co-op student, I was surprised at the 25.5 and 28.5 AWG wire we used in building radios. I'd thought it was even numbers above 1.

how about running a circuit to a "hot water heater"? why would you need to heat water that is already hot? or I have to run down to the ATM machine (auto teller machine, machine?)

"My uncle was an electrician his name is Bob Jones. Do you know him?...
The guy with the cool aid???? Or is that the guy with the funny name for a school??? Always get them Jones' confused.

On U/C lighting - my fav is "can you put them up in the front pointing back?" - Which is usually followed by "whats a valance?"

i did a service call at a house that had rope lights under the counter. and lining the stair rails, and around the top of the wall under the crown moulding. it was every where; very tacky.
