I have done it where I have talked to the general contractor & had them extend the brick up to accommodate my meter base & panel.
I like the pedestal mounts. You can get one with few breakers in it also for outdoor power. If it okay with the home owner and the GC, I would pedestal mount the meter and enter the basement (if that is where the panel is going) either underground 90 up and LB in just above the sill in between the joists or core the foundation directly in the basement to the panel.
I bend 3" pvc on my gas grill all the time.
WowI use a roof torch, there's usually no power, and i've busted all my hot boxes anyways
Photos pleaseTorch on smaller pipe works good, just don't burn it. Use a wet rag to lock the pipe into shape.
Ever use a pvc canon? Has heated antifreeze bath you put the 4" pipe into, messy but you can form nice bends with it.
Carlon also makes a Meter Offset that may work for you. E995J for a 2"
I think I know what you are talking about but those won't offset 3-4" will they?
