I would like to know if the NEC specified the distance that an underground run of pvc can run,
Is there a max distance between pull point, example from a Meter\Disconnect to a 200 amp panel?

Re: Unground Service distance

I think you mean underground and not ungrounded. If that's the case the service run from the transformer pad to the meter pan is usually left up to the POCO to decide where and when to install a pull box or vault. In my area, if the distance from the transformer to the meter pan is greater than 150' the POCO makes you install a concrete vault to pull the cable through.

If you're talking about the distance from the meter pan and disconnect to where ever you're installing the main lug panel, I don't believe the NEC has any ruling on that. I could be wrong so I'll default to my colleagues on that one.

There is a maximum distance that you can pull a cable. It is determined by the type of cable, the distance and how many bends you have. You must do pulling caculations to determine if pulling points are required.
