480v 200A 3 Phase ungrounded service. 200A disconnect at the meter with ground fault detector. Ground Rods of course. All normal stuff. From disconnect into ground with pvc conduit for 1500 feet to a transformer.
Question: Do you need an EGC?! If so, WHY? The EGC cant clear a fault since there is no path to the utility transformer. I cant possibly think of a reason it would be REQUIRED. Id love to get code articles to support opinions on this. Thanks!
