Just one visit to the burn center would do it. Even a trip to the eye dr to remove a piece of that meter.

You probably noticed that, often, answers to simple forum questions go awry!

If only 3-conductors are attached to the Xfmr, then phase-to-ground voltage unbalance is wholly dependent on phase-to ground capacitance of the connected conductors!

Question... what is connected to the Xmr's secondary?
