I assume you mean square inches? Is this for sizing a conduit? :smile:
No you don't :smile: Not if you are still beating on the LB size for your 4/0 cable.
Assuming this relates to your other posts on the LB fill, the cu in volume of the LB (uni-let) is not relevant to conductors larger than than #6.

For runs of 4/0, sizing of the conduit bodies is based on conduit size (or equivlent size in case of cables).
You are limted to the conductors listed in the condulet or by the rules of 314.28.
