union or non union

For apprenticeship programs is union better or is the abc non-union. And for the long term as well. what looks like the better work outlook for jobs in the next 5 to 10 years.

This is a subject that we don't discuss here. Both union and non-union shops have pros and cons, but the matter can't be discussed without feelings being hurt.
