Unique Ad, referral on Job

Ive heard of contractors doing it, and self employed/commission type jobs doing. But this is a first to see the unemployed doing it.

An electrician thats out of work is offering $100.00 for a referral for companies that are hiring assuming he gets hired with one of those companies. Has anyone else seen this?? this is thinking outside the box, I will hand it to the guy.

Me too. I would go up on that $100.00. Depending on his circumstances.

I once posted an ad at the wholesale house that read, "Boss wanted, must have own tools and truck, be clean and dependable. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays if needed."

I got more responses from that than any other I ever put out.:smile:
