if I understand this right, if using a nonmetalic box for your switch you are in violation of 680.23 (f)(2)(b) by not having a grounding terminal available to terminate the egc for the wet niche light. But lets say, a ground bar attached to the nonmetalic box that the egc's could be landed on was used....it might be wicked sluttly but would it technically be in compliance with 680.23 (f)(2)(b)? There is no mention that the grounding terminals have to be origional to the switch box, just that the ecg's have to treminate on groundng terminals on the trans, gfi, clock or enclosure.
