I'm not familiar with the condelet cover thing
Crouse, Appleton and OZ all have their Form 7 covers "classified" for installation on the other brands of these types of conduit bodies. Appleton has their seal off compound classified for use in Crouse seal offs.
This is a problem for UL. As I said before they can't have it both ways. In my opinion, only instructions that are an actual part of the listing and show up in the White Book are enforceable under 110.3(B).
