URD to dwelling

Hi everyone,new to this so bear with me.
Type URD feeding dwelling unit through framing members in raceway,
How far can this extend

URD is not rated to be installed indoors. It is not approved for indoor use (the insulation burns). Putting it in a raceway as you did may make the install better, but I believe it still is in violation. See what others have to say...
Take a look at 2002 338.2, and the note in the handbook for guidance.

The URD I am familiar with is also rated RHH RHW-2 moisture resistant, flame retardant, as identified on the conductors.

As far as how far the service raceway may extend inside the structure depends on local or state codes.
