My bet is that was the UL listing mark of the standard duplex before someone stuck USB ports on the side of it.
To me the words '100% Safety Certified, meets all UL standards' scream that it is not actually listed.

Anyway you can rest comfortable with the P&S as it is ETL approved and UL listing is pending. I wonder if that is the same for that other device. Here is the web page for the P&S device.
