Use 3" pipe for (6) 4/0 ?

I'd like to use the 3" knockout in the back of a 320 amp (400) meter base and run (6) 4/) AL wires into 3" pvc into the building. Then 6" long pvc conduit into a wireway then into 2 panels. Is there a problem with this? There would be "more than 3 current carrying conductors"

I don't see an issue. If I am understanding the description, then there is no derating necessary

Then there are no derating issues to consider since the raceway is less than 24".

That's a nipple. No derating, no problem

How deep is the meter can?...there could be an issue with the bending space that is required by 312.6.
