Sorry for asking such a question, but I have been out the building side of this trade for some time, so I'm really rusty on some aspects of the construction side of things.

I'm sizing pipe for some 250kcmil wire, I do not see a USE insulation type for conduit sizing in table c10 , what other names are used for USE?
 
If the conductors do not appear in the table you fall back on a calculation based on the outer dimensions of the cable(s).
Will this be outdoors where USE is allowed?
 
I'm running 3 parallel 250kcm use from a xfrm to my panel, was going to direct bury and come up the side of the building in 3 inch sch 80 pvc and am trying to find the correct insulation type to use for use with the table C10 understanding that insulation can have multiple listing..ie thhn thwn ect....
