Certainly the worrying has little to do with the topic of this thread. Although perhaps it is worthing stating what is hopefully obvious to everyone here: That contact between bare copper conductors and aluminum racking should be kept to a minimum, and that dual rated (CuAl) lugs must be used, and with appropriate isolating hardware (i.e. stainless steel star washers) where tinned copper lay-in lugs are used on aluminum racking.
These worries are another argument in favor of using an insulated conductor as an array EGC, albiet a minor one.
