I have 3 POCO installed poles on my property from back when I had a contract with them for parking lot lighting. When they switched to LED lights about 10 years ago they put up these dim little things that put out less than my flashlight and didn't diffuse the light at all, so I had two 10 foot diameter spots on the ground, and one that was crooked and lit up a little spot on the building next door's roof so I didn't renew the contract. They eventually came out and cut the hot coming from the street, and took the lights but left the poles.
I want to put up some flood lights, what prevents me from using the poles?
