Greetings, I'm new to the forum.
Electrical Designer (industrial applications, mid level, some instrumentation)been in the business for about 10 years.

Came across an issue a co-worker brought up today on a 13.8kv feeder being re-pulled/reworked.

Someone, somewhere on the job site says conduit pull fittings are not permitted on 13.8kv?

I can't find anything in NEC specifically about this.
Any truth to this?

Thank you in advance!

Mick

Your co-worker is probably correct. Most MV cable will not tolerate the tight bending spaces in a conduit fitting.

bob, that would be actual conduit fittings.

caj1962, I hadn't thought about it like that. perhaps a mogul BUB fitting??? I'll find out what size conductor he has and figure it out for him.

Thanks for the input!
