Haven’t done a new Walmart service in probably 35 years, but they required 20-30’ of copper to be buried in the footer, and then split bolted to the rebar at the service, and a separate one to every transformer. You had to do it before the pour, and take pictures of it, or the copperheads would have it gone overnight.
