Using panels for a pull box.

Can you run feeder conductors for a panel through another panel? I can't find out where it says you can't do this. Also, according to 250.119(A) EGC's larger than #6 can be identified at each end at the time of installation, does this mean that conductors#6 and smaller must be a continuous green the entire length?

Yes you can run feeders thru a panel as long as there is room for conductor fill.
