toros, I had some problems with the southwire calculator last week, you may want to double check your numbers thru another calculator, like this one:

Works every time

and OP's 240 volts don't matter, it will be how much voltage drop is across conductors at any voltage with same current, size, and length of conductor.

Use multiplier of 2 instead of 1.73 for single phase two wire.
