I have outside air/vacuum for gas station. I read NEC 2014 section 422.21 requires GFCI. However not sure if it requires disconnect? What code section would that be under NEC 2014?

A air compressor is a motor, look at 430.102

I would say 422.31(C) which basically refers you to 430 so disconnect required.
