One of my students took the contractors exam and one of the questions was: What is the minimum width for a vault door? I can't find any reference to it in either 110 or 450 Ithink it's 450 for transformers

But IIRC somewhere in the NEC code and I am sure it will show up again with IBC the vault door it depending on the size of OCPD or the X of KVA I am not sure one of the two.
Someone told me it was 36 inch is the min width unless it have double door then it can go larger on width wise.
That answer I not able verify it due I don't have the NEC book with me at the moment.
