All mechanical VAV's are NOT electrical, correct. I always reference mechanical schedule to check electrical data.

"All" is a pretty strong term... I've usually seen the physical VAV boxes drawn on the mechanical pages, but any controls stuff (both the MSTP BACnet link and the 24v/120v or whatever happens to be moving the damper) on an electrical page that's separate from the rest of the "normal" electrical (lighting, 120v cubicle farm, walls and rooms, etc.).
