Some are non powered(pneumatic), correct? I know the mech schedule will tell you but most all seem to require power. Thanks
 
I guess we look at things differently, if it's not on the print it is not my problem until someone authorizes an extra which is always more profitable than things in contract.


:thumbsup: Except the part about more profitable. You can't quantify the cost of tracking items that are not in the original document flow and I have a theory that it is almost impossible in today's environment to make money on most smaller, say less than $10,000 change orders.
 


True...there is no guarantee they are on the E sheets or panel schedules.

ALWAYS...cross reference the Mechanical schedules and Mechanical specs....ALWAYS

...and that applies to disconnects and starters too. A lot of times they are show on the E sheets, but the Mech specs say factory furnished
