ventless dryers

Involved in a project using the new energy efficient ventless dryer/washer. The load for this combination is typically 13Amps at 120V. Do I need to still carry the 5000VA for the electric dryers or simply just the 1600VA for the whole unit.

220.18 says 5000 watts or the name plate rating
which ever is larger. 220.30(B)3 seem to allow the use of the name plate rating.

What kind of cord and plug comes with or you are wiring the units with?

It appears just a standard 120V, 20A cord and plug.

If this appliance is connected to a 20 ampere circuit, and is known as such during the calculations, I would say that one can use the 1500 VA for this calculation.
