I’ve got to mount a 200 lb transformer on a concrete* wall. XF is maybe 18 tall x 12 wide x 10 deep.
I thought I’d use strut to support from the bottom but it’s a 3R enclosure and door swings from bottom so that’s no good.
If hardware is reliable using the 4 mounting locations would suffice.
What’s your go to hardware that doesn’t require multiple attempts?
*I guess I need to verify; it could be block with a skim coat or something.

Since there are 4 mounting holes I wouldn't just mark out the concrete and drill. If one or two anchors fail to tighten or you hit rebar on one or two holes then you'll only have 2 or 3 holes to work with. We just mount two pieces of horizontal strut. That gives you maybe a dozen or so mounting holes to work with. If one misses use the one next to it. Also you can use more than just 4 anchors if you feel the need. We would use square insert nuts and 3/8" or 1/2" hardware to mount to the strut.

For hollow block I see two options, one try and find the solid portions of the block and install your anchors there. If you hit a hollow re-drill and use 3/8" toggle bolts in the hollows. A combination of those two fasteners will work just fine.

If you're really worried about the strength then you could mount two pieces of vertical strut on the wall with the ends sitting on the floor. That transfers most of the load to the floor and you're only then concerned with the tip weight.
