No, its fireproofing for the steel, but its not asbestos. Not sure exactly what it is, but they still use it.

I put a purple dot on the end of what I think is a green wire.

Yes, that's the green wire. It could loop around back away from the camera - but it looks more like it just ends at the dot.

Guess that might be 113.8 of the #12 awg conductors,
or 128 of the #14 conductors, not calculating too closely.
So, the visual inspection matches about right
with the box dimension guesstimations.
