VFD Fuse Sizing Requirements per NEC

I am quite certain that i have read that fuse sizing for VFD's must comply with the Drive Manufacturer's recommnedation. Where I can find this statement in the NEC?

A good basic rule that applies is:

110.3 Examination, Identification, Installation, and Use of Equipment.
(B) Installation and Use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.

Thanks, I am referending NEC 2008 and it appears that this clause has been changed from previous verion. ie. I can't locate NEC430 Section H as is referenced in other post.

I agree Article 110.3(b) is enough to prove that the VFD manufacturer's recommended fuse size must be used to maintain the UL Listing.
