Seeing listing for both FLIR and Fluke that they have use of a newer tech that blends IR and Visual fields to get a clearer imaging. Anyone using these? Is it really as good as advertised?

Got it in the mail yesterday, once it gets really cold I'll be able to get some better pics of where I need insulation.
Also, the terminals of CB2 were not tightened very much. I'm surprised that there wasn't any melted insulation. I never touched that breaker since I bought the house so as far as I'm concerned, this thing already paid for itself.FLIR_20231115_073423_113.jpgFLIR_20231115_074524_608.jpgFLIR_20231115_073840_154.jpgFLIR_20231115_075253_119.jpgFLIR_20231115_075259_801.jpgFLIR_20231115_072212_390.jpgFLIR_20231115_071709_790.jpgFLIR_20231115_071008_118.jpgFLIR_20231115_070921_631.jpgFLIR_20231115_070901_066.jpg

So cb2 is as hot as a cat...
Lol, naw... It calibrates to whatever is in the cameras view.
The hottest thing (in view) will be bright orange and the coldest (in view) will be dark doesn't matter what the actual temp is.

In other words, if I threw the cat into a cauldron of boiling water, the cat would be dark blue and the water would be orange.
