The voltage drop V obtained from IEEE std 141 is called the line to neutral voltage drop. Line to line voltage to be computed by multplying by

When doing an approximate voltage drop based on the above, do we take in account the line to neutral or the line to line voltage drop? It is recommended a 3% Voltage drop but is this for line to neutral or line to line?
