To determine voltage drop for a single phase service consisting of a 200 amp service (160amp load) using 2 #4/0 alu (one each per phase) each having .000328 ohms resistance per foot (as per Chapter 9 Table 8) and 1 #2/0 alu neutral having .000523 ohms per foot and having a total circuit distance of 200 feet, how can I adapt the following formula which is for two conductors (phase and neutral)?:confused:

VD = 2 X R X I X D

Remove the 2 from the formula and calculate for each conductor. You will have to determine amps for each conductor. Your total voltage drop will be two of the results added together: VD1 + VD2 = VD for 2-pole loads, VD1 + VDn = VD for 1-pole loads on L1, and VD2 + VDn = VD for 1-pole loads on L2.
