You might try

V d= K.L.I/CMA
K =12.7 for copper @75 deg C (might be + or ? a tenth or two)
L= total Conductor Length
I= Load Current
CMA= Cir Mil Area (see table 8 Chpt 9)

what the best way to Calculat the voltage drop in the street lighting network??

If using the same size wire throughout, one method is to use the "load center". As the circuit progresses, multiply one-way lengths (D) by amperes (I) over that length. Average the products [i.e. (D1?I1 + D2?I2 + ... + Dn?In) ? n] Substitute this average into most any Vd formula for L?I.

Well both great answers as usuall, I want to throw out this one from the Forums Owner; Calculations Voltage Drop

I frankly got hung up with bad recall of the use of the item "D" and had to go find out why I was wrong, or thought differently about the use of "D".

MH's gives a lot of "examples" and other considerations when working with and around this one equation.
