How many general use receptacles would you install in a non-dwelling 20A circuit?
 
Well Wireit as you can see some say you can install an infinite quantity of receptacles in a non-dwelling application, in saying this you really do not need to worry about your load and you certainly do not need to check voltage drop because you do not have a load. In fact now that you can install as many receptacles as you want the #10 is kind-a wasteful! But watch out it was probably specified during construction to be #10 or greater for receptacles past a certain distance, strange I wonder why?

I gota feeling the status quo is 180VA per receptacle especially in light of 210-11 which tells us to use this for our load. As you can guess I strongly suggest the 180VA per receptacle but again your client should qualify their use. At a minimum you should state your scope clearly on this matter and maybe include line items.
