Anyone familiar with WA state tariffs??

As related here before, 2 building on one property each with a service.

The barn has the solar array; its output exceeds consumption. Excess gets a credit to the account.

We will at a minimum feed the house with a few KW to charge Powerwalls to provide power during PSE outages. But beyond that?

The question is this. Does it matter if the excess gets credited to the Barn service vs. being used to reduce the house consumption?
The homeowner thinks he saves less as it is now.

PSE allows meter aggregation when the two meters are either on the same property or are on contiguous properties. They will apply the surplus energy from the net meter to the meter without solar. If you search on "PSE meter aggregation" or "PSE schedule 150", you will find what you are looking for.

So it looks like Schedule 150 is dead on for this issue. One question I have is this:

150 is an amendment to 7A, the resi tariff.
7A has two tiers; first 600kwh is 9c/KWH; tier 2 is 11c.

If we aggregate, will we get only 600kwh at Tier 1; but separately we'd get 600 on each account. True/False?
