The last one I done was about 17-18 years ago, and they were going for $10-11 grand back then. At that time, they were their own general contractors, If they were no problems with the job they were very quick to pay, usually within two weeks. Pretty much cookie cutter work. The back bar is flexed in to each individual receptacle from a box mounted high on the back wall. The boxes are recessed in the wall with the "picture" frames giving access to them. They are very anal about lighting layout, as their superintendents get paid bonuses if there is nothing on the punch list.

At the time I was wiring some, they were tryng to buy back all of the franchised units because of that problem, but I see there selling franchises again.
