I’m watching a video called Mike Holt’s Guide to Commercial Calculations, Unit 11, based on the 2017 NEC. Table 220.12 refers to “Warehouses (Storage)”, but Mike seems to have a lot of issues with that and talks with his panel about “Commercial Warehouses” and how it may be possible that a question on a test may be referring to this instead. When he says “Comercial warehouse “ is he talking about an “Industrial Commercial (loft) building” listed in Table 220.12? What is the difference between a “Warehouse (Storage)“ and a “Commercial Warehouse”?

Thanks

Ok. I went a little farther and Brian House brings up the fact that when Mike is saying “Commercial Warehouse” he really means a commercial building like say for manufacturing where you will need lots of lighting. 2 VA/ft2 for Industrial commercial (loft) building vs 1/4 VA/ft2 for Warehouse (storage).
