i can see this scenario with this sign. Given that this fine is absurd, as collecting from a dead person would violate their rights, as they would not be able to defend themselves legally.

man touches wires and does not die, sues for disabilities he has to live with, and claims that facility is responsible as it assured death, and must take care of him for the rest of his days. Might win his case.

My wife is in Newcastle even as I am typing. I hope she reads and heeds the sign! ;)

Or is that sign in a different Newcastle? I am talking about the one that is three hours by train north of London.
