Washing machine causing LED R30s to flicker

Replacement type LED lamps are usually the worst for this, and the less they cost the worse they often will be at it. Is such a "low inertia load" that it doesn't take much voltage fluctuation to cause a noticeable effect. A lot less voltage change than the incandescent lamps they replace needs to create a noticeable effect. The fact they aren't necessarily drawing off the full AC wave form makes the effect even worse. Washer with electronic drive for the motor is competing for some the same portions of the waveform as well.
