Home Inspector in report called the Panel but said the Service was OK.

There is a Zinsco panel in the basement with no main and about ten circuits. I'll try to get photos.

look closely. Zinsco age, "10 circuits-no main" probably a "split buss"

I don't think it a stretch to say there are a few not so good "Home inspectors" out there.

Or electricians

Or inspectors

Or customers

Or bosses.

:)

Well I didn't want to point out there are more bad "electricians" out there then home inspectors. but that is by default, a mere fact that there are fewer home inspectors then electricians. All you need to call your self a home inspector is a business card. At least in most places you need to have some kind of license to be an electrician.

Half of every group, no matter what group you are talking about, were in the lower half of their class.

We should probably add engineers to that list, Bob.

Like the one who designed the base for this crane, maybe?

NYS requires all home inspectors to take classes, then a test and keep CEUs each year.

NYS, has no requirements for anyone in regards to becoming an electrician or EC. Only some local jurisdictions have those requirements.

Home Inspector saw no problems with these

Home Inspector saw no problems with these

I know you all love home inspectors like I do. He was not really concerned with anything here.
