Again application of 110.26(c) has to do with WORKING SPACE EGRESS AND ENTRANCE.

Imagine if you want to get into and out of emergency electrical room. When you open the door X are you leaving the WORKING SPACE OF SWBD A? When you get out of emergency room electrical room ARE YOU ENTERING THE WORKING SPACE OF SWBD A?

Are you ok? All equipment is less than 600V. 110.33 has to do with more than 600V

you ok? again 110.26(C) egress FROM WORKING SPACE. 110.26(c) HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EGRSS FROM ROOM.

When you open door X are you egressing FROM WORKING SPACE OF SWBD A or not?
