I have drawings that show ground bus is welded to the panelboard enclosure. Does NEC 2017 allow welding as means of bonding bus to the panelboard enclosure or not?

This is not an NEC issue. Yes we've used many panels and switchboards with welded EGC bus.

Like infinity mentioned it is a UL issue if anything
