Im installing a 30A 240V outlet for a single phase 240V welder.

The building has 3 phase 240V GROUNDED B in it. I have used the sytem for motors.

Would I be able to use this system for the outlet I want to install?

240~ 2-wire (A-C) and ground as an EGC to the panel can in green, or 240~ 3-wire (A-C, B) (grounded B), an EGC to the panel can? Yes, and no respectively IMO. As a 3-wire circuit you would be buying some equipment.... As it is no longer single phase - but I think you get that or you might not have even questioned it....

It's a great question!

The answer is that, for a 240v load (not 120/240v), you can use any two lines, grounded or not. You must use a 240v breaker, not 120/240v.

Could someone explain corner ground or the grounded b? Sorry, I have never heard these terms before.
Picture a simple 3-wire Delta system, with no neutral. Now, intentionally bond one phase wire, exactly as you would bond a neutral in a system with a neutral.

Voila! You now have a corner-grounded Delta. Grounded B is simply specifying which phase is the bonded one.
