I woke this morning with no water. I have a sub well-pump and it was not running. Meter read zero pressure. Came in and saw GFI breaker tripped and not well pump breaker half tripped. GFI clicked back on OK but when I pulled the well breaker completely off then tried to flip it back on(it's a double 20), It chattered pretty loud and wouldn't let me push it all the way on without tripping the GFI again. Do I need new well pump breakers? How do I get power to the well?

Hope y'all can help.
Thanks,
Rev. Rande:?
