What does the term MCA stand for?

I ran across the term MCA as related to motor circuit design. It must be similar to FLA (full load amps) because it appears next to the FLA rating for a motor. ie FLA=36.97; MCA=37.85. I looked through all my cheat sheets, the code book, etc and can't find it.

You will usally see the MCA rating on AC units. This is used to size the conductors. On AC units the manufacturer has done all of the calculations for you so the MCA will have 125% of the largest loaded already added to it.
