On the side of a Schneider Electric GFCI circuit breaker is a label stating, "Do not apply in series rated combinations with DJ main."
I am unfamiliar with the term "DJ main" so I tried googling it. The only references I found were in Schneider Electric panelboard literature, where there is the following note: "To achieve selective coordination, the rating of the DJ main circuit breaker must be at least two times greater than the ampere rating of any branch circuit breaker." This didn't help me figure out what "DJ main" means, but it makes me wonder if it's a term specific to Schneider Electric panelboards.
Can anyone shed light on this for me, please? Thanks!
