Labeled as to what it is controlling? Check!
Creative problem solving? Check!
Use the olives for a martini afterward? Check!
Proper wire penetration? Fail!

He missed it by that much... just a simple little strain relief and he would have passed all important criteria.

What's a RIB? That's what you put in the smoker for about 4-5 hours and enjoy with some cold beer

At least he wrapped the wire in electric tape. Glass is actually a great insulator and was used heavily in the early days
