How about "induced" voltage?
Most refer to it as "stray" or "ghost" voltage.
I really don't think there is an official term for it but this is as close as I have found

If you want a low impedance adapter for your DMM, you'd use this which is the most common used term.I really don't think there is an official term for it but this is as close as I have found

A Google search for "phantom voltage adapter" comes up with nothing but "ghost voltage adapter" comes up with this Fluke Applicaton Note on the subject.I will stick with NEMA and the use of phantom voltage, to me 'stray voltage' sounds like voltage that started hanging with the wrong crowd.
