What is the best way to mate 2" PVC to an enclosure or metal surface?

What is the best way to mate 2" PVC to an enclosure or metal surface?
I'm hoping to make a water tight seal.
Is their a single fitting that can do this?

Not sure what that illustration shows. If you want to bring the conduit into the bottom or sides of the wireway the connector doesn't have to be watertight. Just use a male adapter and locknut. Into the top use a myer's hub and male adapter on the conduit.

A little RV silicone on the MA threads won't hurt a thing. Arrange to drain before entering the top.
