what NEMA rating do i need?

i need to install 1 panelboard, 2 loadcenters, 1 main breaker with its enclosure, in a room that has two jockey pumps and pipes that sometimes are leaking, actually there are same equipment list above NEMA 1, my question is:

do i need to install the panelboard and the loadcenters NEMA 1 or other than NEMA 1?

what would you recomend me?

Is this for a fire pump? By the way, a load center is a panelboard.

NEMA 1 equipment should be fine in the area where a fire pump is located but why would the pipes be leaking? It sounds to me like a lot of maintenance work needs to be done.
